Quality Assurance:
We are an ISO 9001 organization and have a sophisticated and modernized laboratory that is staffed with professional manpower to assure the quality of our products. Apart from this state-of-the -art set up, we also have adequate inspection & chemical testing procedures at every step of production, from procurement of raw materials to the shipment of the finished product.

We test our products with respect to parameters such as thickness, O.D, Zinc coating and length, as per IS & P2S standards. Before the final dispatch of the consignment, third party inspections are also carried out by various respected agencies such as DGS & D, RITES, BHEL, SGS, etc.

The ISO 9001 Certificate has been conferred upon by the DET NORSKE VERITAS (DNV) for the quality standards, to our plant in Sikandrabad. The certificate is valid for the manufacture and supply of :

• ERW steel tubes (black and Galvanized)
• CR strips
• Galvanized Sheets/Coils.

This accreditation by the International Agency has renewed our client's trusts in our products and has added confirmation to our competence in the chosen sphere of operations.

Apart from this, we also have BIS Certificate Marks license that is awarded by the Bureau of Indian Standards. This certificate is applicable for the following steel pipe varieties:-

• IS:1161 Grade YST210 and 240 for structural purposes
• IS:1239 for use in water, gas and air.
• IS:1978 Grade YST 210 & 240 for use in oil and natural gas industries
• IS:3589 Grade 330 & 410 for water, gas and sewerage purposes
• IS:3601 (168.3mm 219.1 mm OD)
• IS:4270 Water well casing pipes
• IS:9285 For Idlers, Belt conveyors.

To further augment our international presence and meet the demanding requirements of the clients, we also comply with the equivalent BS / ASTM/ DIN/ JIS standards.
